Meet Our Founder: Vito Bavaro, Esq.

Vito Bavaro, Esq. is not just a Lakewood Ranch attorney, he is a Lakewood Ranch native. Raised in this community, Vito has watched Sarasota and Lakewood Ranch grow into one of Florida's most vibrant and sought-after destinations, and he is proud to serve the families who call it home.

A former Division One hockey player at Sacred Heart University, where he graduated Cum Laude, Vito brings the same discipline, precision, and competitive drive to his legal practice that defined his athletic career. He earned his Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law and returned home to build a practice rooted in the community he loves.

Vito focuses exclusively on estate planning, probate, and trust administration — helping individuals and families across Lakewood Ranch and Sarasota protect what they have built and preserve what matters most. He takes a straightforward, client-centered approach to every matter, combining modern legal tools with the personal attention that only a boutique firm can provide.

When he is not in the office, you will find Vito on the golf course, spending time with his family, or browsing the local farmers market on Sunday mornings.
